It is a structure where the roof is supported on posts instead of using a footing, foundation, and studded wall to support the roof.

The design eliminates the expensive footings and the need for an expensive truss system every 24" on center.

Post Frame is not only less expensive but since the roof is supported by posts instead of an engineered wall, it allows for additions or windows and door openings to be added with without additional engineering. 

Wood post frame uses the same engineered load requirements as steel frame but doesn't have the expensive footing cost that aren't always mentioned when purchasing an all steel frame building.

NW Pole Structures can build structures spanning in excess of 72" without any interior posts.

18” overhangs are standard but up to 48" has been achieved in some cases. 4/12 Roof pitch is is standard but many other pitches are available depending on design needs.

We need a level building lot to start construction and a flat, final grade before pouring your concrete slab.

We have extensive experience in obtaining permits and are happy to offer permit services in your building package. 

Yes, most slabs are poured after the building is erected using the bottom treated boards of the building as form boards for the concrete. 

All buildings whether metal or wood need to be properly vented and have a vapor barrier installed in the roof to eliminate excess moisture. 

No one can guarantee a fast-track to obtaining a permit faster than another, but NW Pole Structures will typically start your project between 1-4 months after your permit is obtained.
