HOLES: 4’ holes are augured or dug 18”-30” in diameter.

POSTS: 6x6 to 6x12 treated Hem Fir cleated posts are placed into holed and back filled with concrete.

WALL GIRTS: 2x6 horizontal Douglas Fir wall girts framed 2’ on center for quality, strength and durability. 6“ deep framed walls available for insulating and interior sheet rocking . 

GALVANIZED NAILS: Are used on all pressure treated materials.

TRUSSES: Highest quality engineered Douglas Fir trusses are secured on each side of posts.

HEX BOLTS: ¾” galvanized hex bolts are used for supporting truss blocks and trusses.

ROOF PURLINS: Douglas Fir 2x6 purlins are overlapped a minimum of 24 “ for extra strength, alignment and prevention of roof leaks.

EXTERIOR METAL: The highest quality metal coatings available with a 40 year non pro rated warrantee. 19 colors available.

FASTENERS: ¼ drive wall fasteners with rubber washers are painted to color match metal siding.

VENTING: Standard flush continuous ridge vents are included in all buildings.

CONCRETE: 5.5 sack concrete with fiber mesh is used for crack prevention , strength, durability, and smooth finishes.

WALK DOORS: All steel framed and insulated.

GARAGE DOORS: Standard with decorative raised panels. Many design options available.

ROOF INSULATION: 2.5 “ R-8 insulation with vinyl vapor barrier.

GUTTERS: Continuous aluminum gutters with hidden fasteners.
