18” OVERHANGS ARE STANDARD BUT UP TO 48” HAS BEEN ACHIEVED IN SOME CASES. 4/12 ROOF PITCH IS STANDARD BUT MANY OTHER PITCHS ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING YOUR DESIGN NEEDS.
WHAT SITE PREPARATION NEEDS TO BE DONE?
WE NEED A LEVEL BUILDING LOT TO START CONSTRUCTION AND A FLAT FINAL GRADE BEFORE POURING YOUR CONCRETE SLAB.
DO I HAVE TO RUN MY OWN PERMIT?
WE HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN OBTAINING PERMITS AND ARE HAPPY TO OFFER PERMIT SERVICES IN OUR BUILDING PACKAGE

YES, MOST SLABS ARE POURED AFTER THE BUILDING IS ERECTED USING THE BOTTOM TREATED BOARDS OF THE BUILDING AS FORM BOARDS FOR THE CONCRETE
WILL MY METAL BUILDING HAVE CONDENSATION?
ALL BUILDINGS WHETHER METAL OR WOOD NEED TO BE PROPERLY VENTED AND HAVE A VAPOR BARRIOR INSTALLED IN THE ROOF TO ELIMINATE EXCESS MOISTURE.
WHEN I SIGN A CONTRACT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS?
NO ONE CAN GUARANTEE A FAST TRACK TO OBTAINING A PERMIT FASTER THAN ANOTHER BUT NW POLE STRUCTURES WILL TYPICALLY START YOUR PROJECT BETWEEN A WEEK TO 6 WEEKS AFTER YOU PERMIT IS OBTAINED
